Report Study: Antimicrobial Resistance in the Food Chain of Poultry Meat

The study report “Antimicrobial Resistance in the Food Chain of Poultry Meat” is a collaboration between the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI), the Center for Indonesian Veterinary Analytical Studies (CIVAS), and funding by World Animal Protection (WAP). Time of study 1 November 2020 – 31 June 2021 (7 months).

This report is used as basic data and information to support the campaign, education and advocacy of the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI) on antimicrobial resistance. In addition, it is hoped that this research can strengthen cross-sectoral collaboration through a One Health approach to jointly combat antimicrobial resistance by slowing the rate of resistance for better future survival.
